
Ananda has been involved in arboriculture since 2000. Growing up in the San Juan Islands, he began his introduction into tree care when he worked for a well established arborist on Orcas Island. He then trained with two additional certified arborists, one in California, and another in Olympia where he settled. He began Timm’s Tree Care in 2007.
He is dedicated to doing high quality arboriculture work while also addressing his clients’ concerns and interests. He emphasizes optimal pruning techniques, minimal impact removals and a positive and safe workplace. He has been an ISA certified arborist since 2006 and TRAQ certified since 2018.

Talon is an Olympia native and a outdoor enthusiast at large outside of tree work. He has been on the crew at Timm’s Tree Care since June of 2024. In this time he has grown into a skilled ground worker and is quickly developing as a climber. He is finding his place at Timm’s and values safety and has shown aptitude in proper pruning practices. Being an arborist is more than just a job for Talon, there is a love for the work that acts as his driving force to provide a high quality service.

Daniel grew up in Albuquerque NM and moved to Washington for college. He grew interested in arboriculture after witnessing tree work on campus. He has since worked with two local tree care companies and began with Timms in late 2024. For the past two summers, Daniel has worked as a wild land firefighter for the state on both an engine and hand crew. Since starting at Timm’s he has begun climbing and is working to learn as much as he can within the trade.]

Obi was born and raised in Olympia Washington. He started tree work in the fall of 2025 and has grown to love working in the trees. He is big into the outdoors spending his time mountain biking in the capitol forest and exploring remote Washington as much as he can.
